RETURN and Refunds POLICY
- You should initiate your return within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund, minus shipping/tariff/customs, or other non-product cost.
- The return package must include a receipt of your purchase.
- To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7781 NW 73CT Ste B, Medley FL 33166.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your payment method doesn’t allow you to make the refund, we will issue a discount coupon to be used in your next purchases.
- If your return are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Damaged or opened items are not eligible for a refund.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacture.
